Damn maintanance nights! Nothing to do.
I have a friend at work that is from the Dath-Remar server and he is in a high level guild and has done all the instances, so I'm always bailing him up at work to get some info out of him. Anyway he put me onto some mods and I found this on www.curse.com which basically says everything he told me. Here is the excert it's a different guild but the info is the same.

Ok, these are the bare-bone essential mods that we ask all oblivion members to download. If you are raiding Kara with us, we pretty much demand that you have these. If you don't know what these mods do, here's a brief description:
OMEN - This is a threat meter that tells you basically how much you're pissing off the bad guys. More info here: http://www.curse.com/downloads/details/9101/
BIGWIGS - This mod gives you a heads up on what bosses are about to do (AOE attacks, attack buffs, other types of nastiness) as well as cooldown timers and some other stuff. More info here: http://www.curse.com/downloads/details/3299/
GROUP CALENDAR - This is a...well...group calendar. This mod links up with other guildies with this mod and displays up coming events, such as Kara times. This mod also lets you schedule your own events, whatever those might be. More info here: http://www.curse.com/downloads/details/1958/

In addition to that I was told the other good mod to have is "CT-Raid or X-Perl" Can't remeber exactly what that one does but it somehow links us all together when in a raid.
Also that healers MUST have the mod "De-Curse" apparently this lets you see everyone on the screen as an icon and as soon as someone has been hit with a curse you can see it instantly and just click their icon to heal them then go straight back to healing the tank.
